Lakewood, Colorado has always been home to Zoe as she was born and raised there, now it is the main home of Mindful Harmony Coaching. Near old Kipling and Morrison Road are few hidden gems of private property within the neighborhoods. Long time family friends Michaela and Jared are owners to one of those properties where they have graciously opened their barn to Zoe, Boq, Charlie, and Mindful Harmony. We offer all of our Equine Gestalt and Horsemanship services at this location.

Castle Rock has been growing and growing and we are thrilled to be able to serve this community in addition to our current clients in Lakewood. Bell Mountain Ranch is a beautiful, quiet boarding facility that is home to many equines and their humans. We are thrilled to bring the power of horses healing humans to this already wonderful facility. We offer Pony Cuddle Sessions, Horsemanship, and Riding Lessons at this location.
